1440.00: Due after you sell your first 40 tickets, or 7 days after your tickets go on sale.

BOOKING FEE 2
$1440.00: Due 20 days after your tickets go on sale, or 8 weeks before your event date.

Travel and Accommodation Fee:
For events located more than 200km from a major city, a travel and accommodation fee may apply.

Important: Shows must be booked 8-12 weeks in advance because the best comedians are often booked out months in advance. The earlier you book, the more comedians we have to choose from for your event.

AFFILIATE PROGRAM
This is an extremely exciting addition to our fundraising service, allowing your organisation to raise even more funding by becoming an affiliate and inviting other local schools, clubs and community organisations to your event so they can experience the atmosphere and excitement of comedy fundraising 'live in action'. This helps you sell more tickets and if your referrals book a show, your organisation gets paid. This is very exciting!

SELLING TICKETS
Your booking fee covers some of the hard work we do behind the scenes, while organising your event for you.

We want you to do very well out of your fundraiser and for the night to be perfect, so we provide you with marketing tips to ensure your event is amazing and you kick it off with a bang - with excitement.

ONLINE AUCTION PROFITS
Auctions can massively increase your profits plus they increase your ability to gain sponsors because it's great advertising for them. We'll talk to you about this.

For every item donated by a local business, you auction the time for 10% - 20% below the regular retail price. The higher the value of the item, the more you reduce the starting bid, so the more people are inclined to bid.

Examples:
Full Body Massage - Value: $80 - Starting Bid $67
Quality Socket Set - Value: $300 - Starting Bid $217



BAR PROFITS
If you run your own bar, you can expect to earn an extra $10+ per person.

100 @ $10 = $1000
200 @ $10 = $2000
300 @ $10 = $3000
RAFFLE PROFITS
We recommend selling raffle tickets at the door as the audience enter the venue, we advise that you keep selling the tickets all night.

Always draw the prize at the end of the comedy show, it a great time to also thank everyone for their valued support.

It makes for a great end to the night.

We have a different types of affiliates who are helping us to spread the word about comedy fundraising, so we can help raise more funds for more community organisations Nationally and Internationally.

When you choose to raise funds with The Comedy Empire you may be invited to become an affiliate which allows you to raise even more.

When you choose to host a show with us, our various types of affiliates may be helping you to sell tickets to your show when they recommend their referrals, sample a show, 'live' in action, so they can feel the atmosphere, hear the laughter and see the excitement of a comedy night fundraising event.
